My Promise to New and Longtime Doctors

Every month I send out these newsletters to stay in touch, share a story, and give you a glimpse into life here at the lab. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet a couple of new doctors. After working on a few cases together, I’m happy to say — we’re a great fit.

It got me thinking about the doctors I’ll meet next. If you’re one of those new doctors reading this, first of all — welcome! You may not know me yet, but when you send your first case my way, you can always expect clear communication, consistency, partnership, and openness to feedback. I’ll keep you in the loop, ask questions when needed, make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and always look for ways to serve you better.

Whether you’ve been with me for years or you’re just now hearing about Berkeley Dental Laboratory, my promise is the same:
